- Process recruitment activities including posting job announcement, screening candidates resumes and job applications and conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.- Provide On Board Program for new hire and follow up with On Job Training Program to ensure new hire have all knowledge about organization to perform job well according to organization's regulations. - Work with the team to give ideas for annual training plan and support supervisor to execute both internal and external training programs.- Provide Exit interview with resigned staffs and summary information for supervisor.

Hanoi Capital Region

- Be in charge of recruitment tasks for Hanoi Office (Head Office/Back Office positions) and Northern Distribution Centers in retail industry.- Implement recruitment process:+ Receiving recruitment orders from HRBP Department.+ Posting jobs announcement on career pages, design recruitment posters.+ Searching CVs; phone screening; arranging interviews; attending interviews with Line manager; contact the candidates to inform results.+ Making offer; conducting onboard procedures.+ Implement actions on SAP system to new hiring, re-hiring to update new status of employees.- Support Branding activities: Create content ideas to shoot/make videos about the working environment and company culture to post on the social platform.

- Be in charge of recruitment for the Back Office positions: Human Resources, Sales, Customer Service, Information Technology.- Implement recruitment process: Searching CVs, phone screening, arranging interviews, contact the candidates to inform results.- Implement weekly/monthly recruitment reports.- Participate in training and integration of new employees.- Planning & organize Company events: weekend activities, birthday parties, rewarding excellent employees,...
