Roles & Responsibilities:• Support the country IT Director to define the country DSC IT strategy in accordance with the regional/global IT strategy.• Responsible for management of country ISM pillar which consists of Infrastructure, Service Management, License Management and Security Management.• Responsible for ensuring that Infrastructure and Project Delivery tools, methodologies and standards are understood and a cornerstone of the country IT strategy.• Build strong working relationships with the country management teams.• Building strong working relationships with the regional and global ISM teams. Building the good relationship with key stakeholders, joint venture and supplier • Contribution to improving the country business unit P&L through effective usage of IT services and solutions.• Resource management and development – direction, motivation, training and decision support to team members. Recognize and manage differing skill sets, performance and conflicts.• Manage the escalation of any ISM related issues.Outstanding Achievements:• Deliver the local IT infrastructure design and implementation on various warehouse and logistics solution to all major customers in various sectors (Retails, Consumers, Automotive, Technology, Energy, etc) to meet the agreed timeline.• Roll-out DHL standard regional program for compliancy and alignment throughout Thailand and Cluster.• Process designing for client computing in collaboration between the IT team from each of the sector and the central IT team• Driving security and licensing compliancy for the whole of DHL according to standardization• Working closely and establish good relationship with major partner like British Telecom to deliver the cost-effective solution and ensure delivery manner timeline. • Support and driving all the Cost Leadership (cost savings) program to meet IT P&L while align with the company financial objectives

• Part of the Company Management Team which report directly into Managing Director• Managing the IT department consisting of Infrastructure team, Business Application team and the Technical Programmer team across several locations (Bangkok, Rayong, Chonburi)• Act as the key contact point between the Business Units for various IT solutions • Deliver the reliable, performance, and secured IT services for the end user• Initiate the key projects which contributed to the Continuous Improvement for productivity and realized benefits/cost savings• Building the good relationship with key stakeholders, joint venture and supplier • Improve team communication and relationship in order to promote teamwork environment• Develop and coach the team to align with the career path and future IT direction

• Manage and stewardship IT Infrastructure related projects across APAC region (covering 8 locations) to ensure all required infrastructure entities across APAC region are in line and meet minimum requirement of HOLCIM regional standards • Initiate new technology/innovation to APAC Region, including the involvement to retain specific knowledge to the team • Manage regional IT Infrastructure Project Team to support APAC region• Coordinate with all Application Manager for any new business requirement • Coach and provide directive guidance to group managers and staffs at all level• Vendor/external system integrator management • Manage IT project documentation and knowledge • Build and manage an effective department

• Conduct IT/IS projects including infrastructure and ERP system (EFACS)• Manage/Hands-on day-to-day Service Desk operations on both IT/IS services• Dealing with suppliers for all HW/SW requirement and procurement• Manage all the IT assets management with the monthly status report• Design all the new IT/IS processes to match with the ongoing change and requirement• Training all the users for all the IT policy and awareness within the company• Actively supervise the IT Specialist and IS Analyst and drive motivation of the team• Weekly/Monthly reporting to senior management of the IT/IS projects and operations

Business Analyst/Transition Project Manager• Gather and clarify business requirements and existing business process with internal customer globally• Analyze various IT operation solutions into business analysis sheet which provide details of work scope details, cost/benefits model, risks rating with mitigation, communication plan and justification analytics• Analyze the financial benefits for each of the solutions and clearly identified the Return On Investment period based on the real tangible savings against the investments • Prepare an initial transition plan which identifies timescale, costs, headcount requirements and project activities• Design business processes and system changes as well as identify documentation required to achieve subsequent transition plan• Coordinate with the Operations Group globally to ensure the solutions meet the requirements and provide regular communication to create and improve awareness on the value of the Service Innovation Group• Executing the transition project plan with standard project management approach and maintain the commitment of project schedule, resource, and scope of work.• Involved in the HR recruitment process from CV selection to interview candidates in order to find the right candidates to the right solutions• Develop and standardize the process, templates and best practice for the team Technical Administration Manager• Managing the team of 17 Technical Administrator to deliver the quality service support on Thomson Reuters product and technology to customers globally• Design and work out the shift working hours, public holiday, and emergency escalation plan to all staffs in order to cover the timezones difference to customers in each region• Discuss the new business requirement and strategy with our key stakeholders in order to explore the new opportunity and challenge for the team• Streamline all the internal process within the team for proper workflow and well-structured
