Being assigned for various types of projects (RnD, Production capacity expansion, Production line relocation, Automation, Cost reduction,...) which has responsibilities are not limited to:- Plan the project scope and acquire resources needed.- Estimate, define and control project's CAPEX (up to 4mil$).- Develop, manage and control project plan with regard to machinery/ equipment manufacturing, from concept to design, procurement, assembly, to be commissioned and validated.- Partly involved in procurement processes with purchasers and engineering team when it comes to working with external vendors locally to globally (Europe, Japan, Singapore, Malaysia,...), to procure the needed particular products/ services for project needs.- Liaise with Industrialization Poland department to co-ordinate and project manage transfers.- Strongly communicating and cooperating with cross-functional departments (ME, RnD, PMO, QA, SOG, Maintenance, Production, Procurement, Supply chain, Finance), as well as multinational team (VN, PH, PL, NL) to ensure project succeed.

Process Lead rolls and responsibilities in Foreign Trade Center of Expertise: Build up and manage foreign trade master data for Robert Bosch GmbH included:1. Product Technical Expert and HS code classification:- Build up and maintain Harmonize system code (HS code) for all products of Bosch worldwide included (US, EU, China, Brazil, Mexico, ASIAN, Korea, Japan...)- Prepare classification sheet according to GRIs, Section/Chapter notes of World Customs Organization to convince Customs and Auditors based on knowledge of Bosch wordwide products.- Ensure the consistency of HS code database to determine Rules of origins of Bosch products.2. Leading, coaching and training for new Engineer.Responsible for project manager of L-series product.Responsible for project manager of H-series product development project.- Receive Project from Japanese PMO.​- Create Project Charter, identify related project stakeholders.​- Create WBS, develop project schedule with resources assignment, estimate project cost.​- Define quality standard and make quality plan, communication and stakeholders engagement plan​- Identify potential Risks, assessment & make Plan Risk Responses.​- Working with Project team and stakeholders to achieve project goals​- Weekly meeting for progress & project status update​- Monitor and Controlling Project deliverables to make sure meet to quality requirements.​- Perform acceptance procedures for deliverables.​- Knowledge sharing & lesson learn with team throughout project.

Responsible for assistant for Project Manager role to ensure all production goes smoothly. Main responsible:- Coordinate production workflow for one or multiple product tests.- Plan and prioritize operations to ensure maximum performance and minimum delay- Determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demand- Assign workers and other staff to particular- Monitor jobs to ensure they will finish on time- Address issues when they arise aiming for minimum disruption- Prepare and submit status and performance reports- Keep paperwork organized- Doing research an alternative fuels for intern combustion engine (CNG, LPG, bio – fuel and special additives for fuel).​- Performing experiment on internal combustion engines and vehicles.
