• Design, develop and implement of web systems and services for Education Services Australia’s clients and stakeholders.
• Ensure deliverables are completed in accordance with the project charter/specifications

• Assist in the architecture and design of new systems, products and features ensuring cross platform compatibility, system performance and redundancy.
• Develop software modules / systems as per business and client requirements, including analysis and design, coding, testing, integration and support.
• Ensure varying forms of documentation are produced, maintained and easily accessible.

• Implement and provide redundancy to all systems and networks with clearly defined and implemented disaster recovery procedures. Provide 24x7 on call support.
• Conduct research and proposal on new technologies, industry trends and market opportunities.
• Manage, monitor, mentor and develop staff including recruitment and counseling. Promote cross skilling and establish a positive and productive working environment. Conducting performance appraisals and remuneration.
• Provide support to all areas of the business including Call Centres, Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, Billing, Provisioning, etc.
