Over the past 20 years, Paul Lee has provided executive search services to multinational and domestic companies in Korea. He has conducted middle and senior manager level searches in information and telecommunication, semiconductor, industrial , automotive and consumer sectors. His main areas also include functional areas such as CMO, CFO, CIO and Human Resource Manager positions across various industries. In addition to executive search services, he has supported his clients setting up their offices in Korea with salary survey, psychometric test, and consulting on Korean labor laws. Paul started his career at Top Business Consultants Services, Inc. as Executive Search Consultant in 1992. From 1994 to 1997, he worked at an International pre-shipment Inspection Company as HR Manager. He rejoined Top Business Consultants Services, Inc. as Director in 2000, and he is currently working as Managing Director. He received an Award from the Minister of Labor for his contributions to Korean employment services.
