The main duties were managing the linux servers and networks involved in the technical operations of the ISP, managing the help desk staff and most of the sales and day to day functions of the business. Over the 12 years in this role it expanded to also managing the linux infrastructure that ran FCC's 40+ websites and internal development processes, as well as expanding i29 from a dial-up internet provider to a WiMAX (4G) wireless internet provider. When FCC sold the i29 business in 2012, I remained with the company in the role of Network & Web Services Manager. In this role I continued to manage the web infrastructure, as well as the networking infrastructure for FCC's 30+ physical locations. I was also involved in PCI security for the company, managing the Google Apps platform that we used for email and collaboration, and overseeing the network evaluations and security. -

I moved to regional support, where I provided support to all of MeritCare's North Dakota clinics. This included weekly site visits and remote support while in office. While in this position I worked with remote transcriptionists, and developed a Visual Basic program that simplified and streamlined their process of connecting to dial-up internet and uploading their documents. I eventually moved to supporting the main clinic in Fargo. -
