I started at Perry Products in 2012. I first started out the drill press. My responsibility was to groove, deburr, drill tie rod holes and layout pull holes. I then began machining tubesheets, covers, baffles and flanges. Then with one month of training I have been running the cnc drilling machines. I run Quickmill 96 and Quickmill 120. I write the programs, do all the setups, find speeds and feed. As well as order new tooling and inventory management for all inserts and tools we use. When a job is coming up it is my responsibility to make sure we have everything we in for the job before we start it. I also have to double check all prints and material to make sure everything is correct before I drill. I have been the sole field machinist for my company for the past year and a half. I have ran the silk I.D. Mount machine and O.D. Mount machines from 20in O.D. to 60in. O.D. I have trained many new people and have been their lead women. I have helped with production schedule. Project managing, quality control. Repair and maintance on CNCs and burn table.I am a hard working, dedicated individual that is always up for a challenge. I love to learn new things and be someone a company can trust and rely on .
