For the 2014 tax season, I was brought in to assist with documentation, functional QA and technical support of a new integration format, to support over 16 million tax forms. Worked on onboarding new EFW2 partners through the following phases: inquiry, technical discussion, and E2E testing. Performed research, and trouble-shooting with the new partners test and production files.• On-boarded new partners in Intuit’s partner management portal for the import of tax forms via EFW2 (in TurboTax), and OFX integration.• Setup partners in the on-boarding and partner tracking QuickBase.• Performed quality assurance testing with partners.• Troubleshot EFW2, flat, and CVS file formats.• Conducted problem research to determine the appropriate resolution.• Monitored W2 uploads, connection failures, and import successes and issues• Assisted with documentation, functional QA and technical support, WIKI updates.
