Under direction of the CFO, Mortgage Division, oversee, process and report on all financial functions of the mortgage operations for First Federal Bank, QRL Financial Services and CBC National Bank residential lending. Includes P & L reporting for each division, adherence to GAAP reporting in compliance with OCC regulatory requirements for all residential lending functions. Month end process functions and variance research for all mortgage divisions including hedge, MTM, MSR, estimate of GOS, and pair off activities. Assist audit with review of business practices to insure correct and accurate reporting.

Create and maintain comprehensive freight databases containing SAP sales data versus freight expenses to report and budget for both in and outbound freight accruals and analyze data for cost improvements.Prepare monthly executive presentation of freight spend results including documentation of key drivers for changes in spend and customer spending trends versus freight costs.Build complex inbound freight spend analysis for supply chain budget and standard setting at fiscal year planning and quarterly revision.Audit, analysis and processing payment of freight and US Customs duty invoices.Reconcile inbound freight and duty accrual accounts to open expenses monthly.
