As Director, Women's Center for Ministry, Phyllis coordinates the efforts of women leaders in the Portland/Vancouver area to sponsor two yearly events, REVIVE for leaders in the fall, IGNITE as a city-wide conference in the spring. As Coordinator, Women's Transformational Leadership Concentration, Phyllis oversees the course work of adjuncts for seven WL courses on Western's three campuses - Portland, Sacramento, and San Jose.
