Provide HR Strategic Partnership to ASEAN Managing Director across Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Philippines.

As a member of the leadership team, my role was to strategically drive and deliver the people agenda for Australia and New Zealand. Working with the country managers and providing guidance to all local HR matters, including talent acquisition and management, employee relations, succession planning, C&B, performance management and strategic workforce planning. Provide innovative employee engagement solutions and deliver training and upskilling workshop across ANZ. Provide coaching and mentoring programs and delivery employee wellbeing initiatives.Working as part of the APAC HR team the role also required leadership and delivery of Global and Regional projects while assisting and taking the lead and coaching some of the other APAC countries.

Working alongside the MD and CFO my role was to provide HR leadership across ANZ to ensure the delivery of country budget and commercial results. Establish and grow a talent pipeline and strengthening people performance across all the business units. Lead the Asia Pacific Induction Program for all countries, and implementation throughout the Region.Deliver employee engagement improvements year on year and cultural programs throughout the countries. Create and establish a recruitment and remuneration strategy across the business especially within Sales & Marketing. Driving learning and development programs and designing training, development and annual performance appraisals, as well as developing a training plan and training analysis for the business. Coaching managers to deal with a variety of employee-related issues such as performance management, recruitment and selection, performance appraisal

• Managing a team of 2 HR Administrator and Job Placement Office in alignment with AIFE’s strategic goal• Established an HR Department and Organisational Structure for AIFE along with Senior Management • Compliance management in the area of training delivery within the Academic area to adhere to all National Code, ESOS and CRICOS requirements • Developing Performance Reviews and Evaluation Strategies for continuous improvement across departments • Implementing new Human Resource Module through CRM system and working with IT Department to develop customized HRIS for AIFE • Staff counselling and performance evaluations • Draft, develop and implement HR policies and procedures; update any changes that arise from evolving business growth • Recruitment of staff across academic and administrative departments in accordance to demands from managers • Coordination and collaborations of new employee inductions and material organisation • Prepare and administer all correspondence, agreements and contracts for new appointments in accordance with Industrial Relations and Employment Law • Resourcing, coordination, evaluation and performance monitoring of professional development activities for trainers and staff to enable their delivery and achievement of key training outcomes
