I am currently a Project Manger in Pfizer's Global Enterprise resource planning organization. The Global program is organized to deploy a single ERP solution, delivering standard business processes in Manufacturing, Finance, procurement, Supply chain, sales order processing. My Role as a project manager is to operate as a functional expert analyzing service request and Global model enhancements and design possible solutions while documenting work effort required in the area of External Supply and Supplier Network collaboration. Additional responsibilities of my role include lead and support of global deployments and projects, Strong cross-functional and project management skills, identify and design best practices within the SAP model, apply technical and process impact analysis for enhancement requests and clearly articulate our SAP global model our stakeholder group.
