I have over 25 years’ experience as an Ohio Department of Transportation Highway Technician. I have achieved a level of HT 3, at the time of my retirement from the District in numerous categories including, Structures, Traffic Control Devices, Contract Administration, as well as Level II in Drainage, Pavements and Earthwork.I am highly skilled in all aspects of materials inspections and testing and have achieved a Level III Aggregate Technician status from OAIMA.I have obtained extensive experience in both the Field and Laboratory and I am certified in Asphalt Mix design from Flexible Pavements of Ohio.I have performed as a Project Inspector for District 11 on numerous highway and bridge projects throughout the district.Specialty:I have field inspection and documentation management on several projects for district 11. Ranging from testing concrete and bituminous material and have helped teach classes on bituminous material. I have achieved an Associate Degree in Skills Trade Construction from Owens Community College and an Associate Degree in Business Management from Kent State University. I attained my Bachelor's Degree from the University Of Toledo in May 2015.I am currently working for JMT as a Project Inspector III oversee the operations of contractors to make sure they meet the specifications of PENNDOT and County.
