Accredited Counsellor with IACP. My experience to date includes working with individuals with suicide ideation and suicide bereavement, abuse, addiction, trauma including PTS. I have also worked with clients including teenagers that have anger management issues, low self esteem, anxiety,depression and family issues.Experience working with aspergers syndrome. I am an integrative humanistic psychotherapist and I apply the approach that best suits an individual client. Some approaches I use are person centred, CBT, Solution focused brief therapy and reality therapy.
