Community Capital Fund (CCF) is a Community Development Corporation that provides grants, technical assistance, and coaching to support under-resourced neighborhoods and businesses in the Greater Kansas City Metropolitan Area, helping to advance Asset Based Community Development and increase financial, human and social capital.

As a candidate for Missouri’s State Representative District 19, my intention is to make that same path to opportunity granted to me more accessible to those often left out of our policies and community conversations.

Partner with new and existing charter school operators in several of the 18 states that EPR currently invests in across the U.S. to assess and identify the best financing solution for each individual school.One of my core responsibilities is underwriting and working with schools to analyze the quality of their academic programming, board governance and state education policy for schools in their startup or expansion years. I collect and compile information on a school's financial performance and long-term quality of facility solutions.Develop and build upon partnerships within the charter school community in association with the Education Investment Group.
