With over 21 years of experience in the technology industry, I am an IT leader at the Georgia Department of Labor, where I direct the modernization and innovation of the department's processes, systems, and services. I have a MS in IT and a BA in Business Administration and Management, as well as multiple certifications and awards that demonstrate my proficiency and creativity in IT.My core competencies include customer service management, problem solving, analytical skills, curriculum development, employee training, and project management. I lead a team of IT professionals in developing and implementing innovative solutions that enhance the department's efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction. I am also a graduate of the Executive Commitment to Excellence in Leadership (EXCEL) program and a recipient of the Bold Explorer award for my creative use of Webex products in the government and public sector.
