With over 21 years of experience in the technology industry, I am an IT leader at the Georgia Department of Labor, where I direct the modernization and innovation of the department's processes, systems, and services. I have a MS in IT and a BA in Business Administration and Management, as well as multiple certifications and awards that demonstrate my proficiency and creativity in IT.My core competencies include customer service management, problem solving, analytical skills, curriculum development, employee training, and project management.
