Projects have involved the full organization, from senior leadership to front-line employees.Prior to founding Kinet-ix, I was a Senior Vice President at Kotter International and a Partner/Principal in Deloitte Consulting’s Human Capital practice. In these roles, I developed client relationships and led teams in change leadership and Human Capital consulting across multiple industries. At Deloitte Consulting, I was involved in the development of change and human capital related service offerings and the global implementation of these through the global Deloitte Consulting organization. Prior to joining Deloitte Consulting, I was a Senior Client Manager and consulted in the areas of learning and development with the industry leader, Zenger Miller (now Achieve Global). I have a BS degree in Business & Marketing and a MSBA with a focus on Business Management and Organizational Effectiveness. I am also a certified professional coach through the Hudson Institute of Santa Barbara.
