I help develop virtual courses via Canvas, supply master editing and proofreading in a variety of mediums, research legislation and the web to develop new content, and provide knowledge management and project coordination for the team.

The LIS Publications Wiki is a resource for potential student authors who wish to be published. At the Wiki, I updated and edited journal profiles in WordPress, using the publication website, information pulled from repositories, and feedback from journal editors to inform and expand the profiles with relevant information.

Delgago Community College serves the greater New Orleans area. As an adjunct librarian, I was tasked with managing the circulation desk, providing on-demand tech and research support to students, and aiding teacher-librarians with classes.

SRJ is San Jose State's only student run, double blind, peer reviewed research journal. I started as a copy editor and moved into the managing editor role. In my role as ME, I managed the copy and content editors, the editing pipeline, and monthly training meetings. I took editors' reviews and synthesized them into complete reports for each manuscript author to increase both the author's capacity as a writer and to ensure the SRJ was publishing excellent content.

The Hermann-Grima House is a historic house museum in the French Quarter. It has a small research room in the attic of the carriage house with over 1000 volumes and ephemera related to New Orleans history, historical architecture and decor, gardening, history of women, slavery, and other specific geographic or historical subjects relevant to the Gulf South. I organized and cataloged the library using Dewey Decimal System.

RCD is an affordable housing developer in the Bay Area, CA. I worked across three divisions: human resources/operations, board management, and corporate administration. I facilitated cross-functional human resources and employee operations including the recruitment process, training, benefits administration, and payroll and accounting for 40 employees, as well as regularly reviewing and updating related policies and handbooks. I scheduled and managed monthly board meetings and business operations of subsidiary boards, and worked closely with other departments to ensure grants and government certification requirements were met.

I provided high-level administrative assistance to a team of nearly 100 attorneys and staff of the UC Regents. I helped sort and manipulate digital and analog files, managed the life-cycle of legal documents through a database, put together exhibits for cases, and filed legal documents with the court system.

Reading Partners connects volunteer tutors with elementary students who need help learning how to read. I helped manage the volunteer database in Salesforce, working with a team to recruit new and returning volunteers, get them through orientation, geared up for the school year, and connected to the school site to begin tutoring.

The PEC of Oakland provides ethical oversight for city officials and information to constituents. At the PEC, I worked with government analysts to review legislation, policy, and practice to inform proposed city charter changes, develop internal policy, and guide outreach efforts. While with the Commission, I researched city records for information on the history and founding of the PEC, culminating in a large white paper that aided the Commission in developing a stronger identity within the city government, and also proving its effectiveness over time by showcasing its many achievements despite setbacks.

ILG provides real-life expertise on good governance for California localities with numerous trainings, publications, and a database of case studies featuring government success stories. At ILG, I helped update the resource database by sorting and coding case studies, researching news and other sources for updates, contacting government officials to encourage feedback on featured stories, and providing guidance on reorganization of the case study database.
