Member of the Regional Team overseeing the California High Speed Rail NEPA/CEQA documents for Northern California. Currently serving as the Environmental Manager for the San Francisco to San Jose Project Section EIR/EIS.

Managed the enviromental practice, marketed environmental services and oversaw NEPA/CEQA documents for Specific and General Plans, Transit Projects, and land development proposals. Projects included Golden Gate Bridge Physical Suicide Deterrent System EIR/EA, BART Extension to Santa Clara EIS and Supplemental EIR, Redwood City General Plan EIR, Redwood City Ferry Terminal Constraints Analysis, West Broadway Avenue Urban Village Specific Plan, Patterson Ranch Planned Development, and Oakland Estuary Specific Plan.

Managed the northern California office. Increased staff and backlog. Oversaw CEQA documents evaluating ferry transit, Specific Plans, and land development proposals. Projects included 100 Mayfield Project Precise Plan EIR and King City Eastern Extension and Pine Canyon Extension EIRs.

Managed NEPA/CEQA documents for recreational projects, specific and other areawide plans, land development proposals. Projects included the Curry Village and East Yosemite Campgrounds Imrovement Project EA, Marin Headlands Roadway Improvement Project EIS, Riverbend Park Project EIR, Robert Mondavi Properties Vineyard EIR, and Duke Energy LLC Visual Impact Assessment.

Managed NEPA/CEQA documents as consultant to U.S. Navy evaluating the disposal and planned reuse of Mare Island, Treasure Island, and NAS Alameda. Also managed NEPA documents for U.S. Army evaluating proposed reuse of their facilities throughout the U.S.

Managed numerous CEQA documents for transportation and land use planning proposals throughout northern California.

Prepared the environmental assessment and supporting historic documentation for an historic bridge rehabilitation project, prepared supporting technical reports for highway and transit projects throughout the U.S.

Conducted the environmental evaluations for all discretionary projects coming through the City. Included residential, recreational, and industrial projects.
