Payroll and other human resources functions

Manage and administrate the Human Resources functions for the company including recruiting, employee relations, job posting systems, HRIS, performance management, payroll processing/administration, and other HR functions. Administers employee health, welfare and retirement plans company-wide. Benefit programs include: 401 (k) Retirement Plan, medical, life, workers’ compensation, FMLA and other leaves of absence, Flexible Spending (Section 125). Acts as liaison between employee, insurance providers and to resolve benefit related problems and ensure effective utilization of plans and positive employee relations. Ensures human resources policies and benefit plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations.
