-- Propose logistics route designs & solutions for customers.-- Transportation modeling, shipment consolidation and mode optimization.-- Execute the necessary plan to attain the regional planning gross margin targets and communicate service short falls. -- Achieve KPIs targets for key network decisions.-- Make analytical decisions about key network factors such as Deadhead, Dwell, Repower, Service, Layover and Market Balance -- Coordinate across business units to ensure Gross Margin targets, trailer cube, asset utilization and customer service commitments are met.-- Use of TMW, Peoplenet, IIM, PC Miler and SSRS reporting. -- Demonstrate an expert knowledge of the processes and procedures required to execute.-- Understands the trucking industry DOT, C-TPAT regulations for Policies and Procedures.
