As a Business Consultant, I am diverse in domestic and international human resources. My span of responsibility has included front-line employees to Chief Personnel Officer. The strategic acumen that I possess is fostered by positions held in the public and private sectors spanning all levels of responsibility in human resources. I have experience in all of the core aspects of Human Resource Management (staffing, employee relations, performance management, leadership development, training and compensation). My strength is in my ability to think strategically and translate concepts into actionable items.My key interest is in delivering quality human resource service to all of my clients, focusing on developing a qualified workforce, collaborating with internal and external resources to develop strategies to enhance process efficiencies, evaluating and improving organizational alignments, employee and management development, equity in evaluative processes, designing interfacing human resource information systems, and fostering positive employee relations.
