Implement daily lesson plans to fit each unique child. Provide individual strategies to guide students to their fullest potential. Conduct developmental screening to detect areas of concern and then develop ways to increase potential. Assess each child 3 times a year to show progress and discuss with Parent at conference. I do home visits twice a year to share information with parents in their own surroundings. I provide a yearly assessment to parents so they see what their child has learned and provide the parents with what their child developmentally will learn next.
