•Human Resources Management: More than ten years of supervisory and managerial experience with an additional ten years of Human Resources Administration in Payroll Processing, Recruiting, Benefits, Employee Relations and Performance Evaluations. Implementation lead for ADP HR Prospective and Ellucian Banner HRIS software for changes in methods and procedures to improve the efficiency of the Human Resources departmental functions.
