CurrentManage full cycle, end to end recruiting, supporting facilities in multi-state and time zonesSpecialty competent to attract the right candidate’s skills and talent for success is essential for retention, and organizational growth.Collaborate with Human Resources and Hiring Managers to establish hiring criteria and develop sourcing strategies to achieve targeted recruitment needs.Source active and passive candidates utilizing multiple search platforms to build a robust candidate pipeline.Manage job postings, social media, and networking, conduct Boolean searches, internal talent, and employee referrals.Responsible for top talent candidate selection in Industrial Maintenance, Industrial Electrician, Environmental Health, Safety (EHS), Production Operators, Material Handlers, Shipping and receiving, and Warehouse Associates roles. Candidates’ selection, review resumes, select top talent, conduct phone screenings, and behavioral-based interviews, schedule onsite or remote.Ensure candidates have a positive experience and communication information about the role, career opportunities, benefits, and company branding.Ability to use good judgment, extend and negotiate employment offers, and pre-employment to onboarding.Maintain an up-to-date database of sourced candidates and prospective candidates.Thrive in a challenging environment, independently, or collaborative with a team.
