Key Responsibilities 1. Ensuring project compliance with contractual requirements, time, and budget constraints.2. Providing technical, administrative, and operational management, including managing subcontractors and ensuring worksite safety and security.3. Supervising works to ensure quality in line with approved design and specifications.4. Checking detailed drawings, material computations, and quantities for accuracy and conformity to standards.5. Maintaining sets of approved drawings, conducting performance tests, and managing variation orders.6. Ensuring work under execution aligns with time and budget requirements.7. Managing sub-contractors for proper work sequence, quality, and timely completion, including inspections.8. Verifying and reporting variation of works submitted by sub-contractors for approval.9. Obtaining proper acceptance of deliverables by client representatives on completion, quality, and progress schedule.10. Planning cost-effective solutions and providing them to Project Manager/Site Manager in case of unexpected changes.11. Coordinating with local governments and authorities where the project exists.12. Collaborating with HQ Project Management team on site information, documents, progress, budget estimations, and work completion measurements.13. Maintaining proper record-keeping of site expenditures, tools & equipment checklists, labor check-lists, and incident details.14. Overseeing Quality Control and Health & Safety matters, conducting toolbox meetings and safety awareness speeches.15. Resolving unexpected technical difficulties and problems in consultation with the Supervising Engineer.16. Supporting Procurement Department (Local) for sourcing regional materials suppliers.17. Assisting Logistic teams with the locations and storage of materials.18. Participating as a member of the Safety Management Committee and promoting occupational health & safety measures at the site
