In this company, I was learning automotive technology and 5S during six months training. And then, I had a lot of experience how to service the customer required and got a knowledge about automotive field. I also learned about the service advisor process and warranty process. I can handle the customer requires such as express service, A/C check, suspension check and repair, and alignment. Now I am learning the wiring diagram how to read, how to measure and how to find the error.
