PMT Education, an online education platform for students and teachers, was established as a non-profit organisation in 2019. Our mission is to provide accessible and high-quality educational support. We offer a comprehensive range of resources, including free revision materials, affordable crash courses, a cutting-edge tuition platform, and a secure online ‘staff room’ for teachers to exchange free teaching resources.In my role as Managing Director, I’m responsible for guiding the vision and steering the strategy of our organisation. I actively oversee:💻 Technology: Ensuring the pivotal role of technology in our educational platform.🤝 Partnerships: Building strategic collaborations to enhance our educational offerings.📊 Data Analysis and Business Intelligence: Leveraging insights to inform decisions that enhance the effectiveness of our educational services.💼 Finance: Strategically managing resources to support sustainable growth.🌱 Growth: Developing and executing strategies to foster the expansion and development of our educational platform.Incorporating my experience as a tutor, I contribute to the functionality of our tuition platform, with a dedicated focus on meeting the unique needs of both students and educators.

After the successful launch of my first revision course in 2015, I collaborated with fellow educators who shared my vision to provide high-quality courses to students. Since then, PMT Courses has grown significantly and now provides accessible courses across a wide range of subjects, spanning from GCSE to A Level and beyond as part of PMT Education.Throughout this journey, we've had the privilege of supporting numerous students on their academic paths, enabling them to unlock their full potential. Additionally, we've established a bursary program to assist students from disadvantaged backgrounds, reaffirming our commitment to equitable education.Our primary mission has always been to offer a diverse array of courses to empower and guide students throughout their educational journeys.

My passion for teaching and my strong belief in providing equal opportunities were the driving forces behind the inception of the Physics & Maths Tutor website in 2014. Initially, it started as a way to share free resources and model solutions with my own students. Since then, PMT has grown significantly, now serving millions of users each month, providing invaluable support to students worldwide.The website will continue to be committed to providing freely accessible resources. I firmly believe that if education is open to everyone, the tools that help students pass their exams should be too.
