Follow up, referral, and linkage. * Closely follow - up individual and familial cases to ensure a quality follow - up of all the beneficiaries. * Maintain good communication and rapport with the beneficiaries. * Mobilize beneficiaries identified for specialized service when necessary. * Ensure the beneficiaries sign necessary documents when items/devices are provided. * Work in close collaboration with volunteer ensuring the quality of service * Other tasks as requested by line management and technical unit 4.
