RESPONSIBILITY:- Coordinate with various departments and prepare structural plans for efficient construction layout.- Prepare all engineering technical specification with help of ETABS.- Calculate weights, volumes, and stress factors and their implications for technical aspects of designs.- Prepare various plans, detailed drawings for structures and reinforcement schedules for construction drawing.- Conduct field surveys, inspections or technical investigations to obtain data required to revise construction drawing.- Inspect the installation of reinforcement and various requirements by rule.

RESPONSIBILITY:- Discussing requirements with the clients and other professionals including architects, M&E engineer and Structural designer.- Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries. - Supervise whether projects are workable by accessing materials, costs and time requirement.- Arrange labours and materials to run projects smoothly.- Controlling material demands for site, man power control. - Calculate the concrete volume for concreting process.- Daily report to main office.

RESPONSIBILITY:- Prepare various 2D plans , elevation views and Isometric drawings for all projects.- Prepare interior decoration drawing in architectural plans.- Discussing with the clients and other professionals to obtain required data to revise the best and reasonable architectural drawing.- Prepare shop drawing, interior and architectural drawing.
