Senior Cad Designer
CurrentDuties & Responsibilities• Lead project team of Revit/CAD technicians, and working closely with colleagues of various disciplines.• Assist engineers on the preparation of schematic layouts, development design plan and elevation and carry out detailed drawings from the design layout• Assist BIM Manager to coordinate and build the models among various disciplines.• Mentor and train junior CAD staff in the use of Revit/CAD.• Carry out proper procedures & preparations for drafting for the different stages of issue & authority submission of the project assigned.• Create, update and supervise CAD/BIM Models based on contract drawings and latest information.• Attend VDR meeting and BIM Strategy Meeting.• Collaborate and coordinate internally or/and externally with other disciplines design and model changes based on project standard. • BIM modeling for above ground structures, permanent, temporary works, civil, utilities of infrastructure.• Produce topographical surface and boreholes models in civil 3D.• Produce 4D simulation for construction sequences.• Assist on documentation for record and submission related to BIM process.• Produce BIM design models for tender from LOD 100 & LOD 200• Prepare and assist model presentation for Engineer’s design.• Report to the manager/engineer in charge and perform work task assignedProjects• Bored Tunnel Between Tampines North and Defu Station (Contract CR110)• Design and Construction of Ang Mo Kio Interchange Station and Tunnels (Contract CR116)
