As a lead consortium partner, I am responsible for overall project management and reporting to the donor. I facilitate the work plans and manage the project team and perform the program activities. I supervise the sub-grant partners and coordinate for systematic operation and reporting. I also support the partner team as necessary to develop their specific activity plans to meet the project objectives. I organize the migration training and related capacity building program for the partners and local CSO, and government to be more effective in implementing safe and fair migration project. At the local level, I have built a good relationship and collaboration with the relevant authorities and officers related to migrant works and other stakeholders. By checking and verifying the data from the field and partners staff, I prepare donor report and provide the necessary feedback to all the staff involved in the project.

In this given role, I have to plan and schedule the project activities to ensure being implemented based on the project description and donor requirement. As the project is pilot and short-term, I needed to organize effectively each work to make sure everybody involved in it are satisfied and get benefit from the project. To achieve the results of each sector, I always maintain flexibility at my own work plan and calendar to meet the needs and objectives of all parties. For examples, recently I have been managing the development of national platform that I need to liaise with local NGOs, civil society organizations and other actors and identify new members and build partnership at both global and national level. Whatever possible channels and ways, I promote the national platform. I opened the advertisement through social media, newspaper and other networking events. According to the different works, I coordinate with my supervisor to prioritize the tasks that take the highest priorities and prepare detailed work plan to make sure the best use of time and money so that we can work properly within a certain amount of time.

The project intervention of ICEI Myanmar is based on the interrelation between different sectors in order to create the conditions for sustainable development to valorize the tourism potential of the territory, particularly in the local context: the Inle Lake area. As a Project Manager, I have to carry out the following roles;• Ensure program quality, timely implementation and reporting in compliance with the organization and donor requirements. • Ensure timely allocating budget and preparing monthly and annual plan of activities• Provide support to Monitoring Consultant in developing monitoring tools and keep updated data in the electronic archive system of online and offline • Monitor the activities using the provided monitoring tools and report the data collected to the Communication and Documentation Officer and to the Area Desk Officer in the ICEI HQs.• Develop and maintain good and collaborative working relationship with local partners, township and state level authorities and the targeted communities.• Facilitate the project relations and the collaboration between the project personnel and different stakeholders, local authorities, communities and other institutions related to the project • Provide technical support and on-going skill building to the staff, local countparts and community members.• Manage and supervise the project staff, and to ensure the quality of activities and effective implementation in the field • Support the Country Representative in the preparation and implementation of guidelines, partnership agreement and similar documentations.• Keep informed the Country Representative on regular basis on the project implementation.• Provide support to the Country Representative developing quarterly report and year-end report to the donors and national and international partners of ICEI• Facilitate missions of partners from HQ and share information on the progress of activities and emerging problems to support the local staff

The migration research project is about capitalizing human mobility for poverty alleviation and inclusive development in Myanmar and migration as livelihood diversification strategy. My responsibilities include- Develop research protocol and questions for qualitative data collection- Support the development of assessment methodologies and qualitative tools- Conduct 32 in-depth interviews session for two zones- Transcribe and translate the in-depth interviews- Have regular meetings and work collaboratively with the international researcher

The Southeast Infrastructure Rehabilitation Project (referred as SIRP) in NRC aims at implementing a range of activities at the communities in Mon and Kayin States and Tanintharyi Region. Activities were designed to empower communities through improved access to basic education, primary health care, water and basic sanitation facilities, and the creation of new income sources. My position is to ensure effective planning and quality implementation of the NRC WASH activities in the Southeast (Mon, Kayin, Tanintharyi regions) of Myanmar. I also have to provide technical support in the development of NRC’s programming for sanitation and hygiene promotion activities.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesProgram management (Implementation, Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting)• Ensure the effective planning and implementation of the different phases of the program cycle in accordance with the timeframe, budget and quality defined in the project proposal• Conduct field visits to project areas to monitor the progress and provide technical assistance and proper implementation of the project activities• Regular follow up of the quality of activities and regular update of the information to the head of department and WASH delegate• Work collaboratively with project and finance staff to prepare and track the progress of project and monitor the budget utilizations• Regular monitoring of indicator tracking table and quality of services together with PMER (Participatory Monitoring & Evaluation and Reporting) team by the assistance of staff in the head office and township offices• Prepare narrative report on monthly activities progress to head of department and WASH delegate• Assist WASH delegate preparing quarterly and annual report to donors and partnersCoordination & Cooperation• Represent MRCS in WASH coordination meetings internally or thematic working groups externally wherever necessary • Close coordination with WASH unit, WASH delegate and other partners to ensure project overall activities are in line with MRCS standards

The programs implemented by World Concern in delta region involved a range of integrated activities such as food security and nutrition awareness, WASH activities, capacity building of communities, disaster risk reduction and sustainable livelihoods developments. As taking part in technical role, I worked collaborate with program team to implement appropriate community hygiene and sanitation activities in line with project aim and objectives.- Conduct training need assessment on hygiene and sanitation of the communities- Give technical inputs in developing activity plan and budget - Provide technical advice and assistance to staffs - Develop a training module and other appropriate IEC materials - Conduct TOT/ refresher training for staff - Prepare and submit timely monthly accomplishment report- Document hygiene and sanitation best practices and/or impact of behavior change stories.- Represent world concern in coordination meeting in the areas as needed- Maintain working relationship with other government agencies
