I am a behavioral biologist with extensive experience in the study of animal behavior and welfare, animal learning and animal psychology. Working as a trainer for Noldus IT (since 2005) has taught me a lot about human psychology as well.As a Noldus trainer & consultant, my challenge is to explain to researchers how they can best carry out their research project, using our tools and knowledge.I have done a lot (really a lot) of training courses over the years. I also have been involved in numerous consultancy projects in which I helped clients to study behavior of humans in, for example, cars, bathrooms, restaurants, and to study behavior of animals in barns, laboratories and in the wild, and to make sense of the results. What makes me tick is the question: why do humans/animals behave the way they do? And what can we learn from this?
