1. Joined Orient Oil and Gas JSC- From July 2018 up to now: Goods ManagerKey Responsibilities: Responsible for well-mixed cargo blending to meet cargo specification. Control to minimize cargo loss as much as possible. Apply PDCA and KPIs into operation to improve enviroment working and to improve work performance. Receive shipping information from Purchasing Division to follow up until finished safly unloading. Coordinate barge/tank trucks to load/unload cargo safely and thoroughly. Planning shore/jetty lining up for berthing Keep close contact with Port Controll Department to prevent issues relating to operating port security and safety. Evaluate Terminal before renting. Manage and operate Terminal Safly. Consult on Terms of delivery and rental Terminal to BoD and Business Department. Supervise to keep compliance in Terminal regulation and policy. Train and update procedure to new comers and employee. Receive unusual information to seek root cause for solving and reconciling.Achievement: No oil spill, pollution and injured person. No vessel/barge collision. No loss over norm permission. Built Procedure for guidance of work. No claims/complaints on contracts/mutual agrements consulted.2.
