Receptionist- Taking bookings and cancellations, usually by phone, email or face-to-face and recording the information on computer- Checking in guests, allocating rooms and handing over keys- Dealing with special requests, such as room service, taxi bookings or wake-up calls- Passing on any guests' problems to the appropriate member of staff- Answering the phone, operating the switchboard and dealing with the email and mail- Checking out guests, adding up their bills and taking their credit, debit card or cash paymentsHousekeeper- Provide basic housekeeping duties including changing the sheets, changing and arranging the towels, restocking toilet supplies, vacuuming, dusting and rearranging the room after guests check out- Report and return any guest properties found in the rooms while rendering service - Report cases of property damage in commercial spaces to supervisor - Work with a team of housekeepers on each shift - Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift

- Assist with the complete setup and breakdown of the banquet area- Relay food and beverage orders.- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices.- Relay important information about orders, allergies and special requests to the appropriate person.- Respond urgently and appropriately to any concerns.
