- Project Assistant 5 weeks course "Train The Trainers" and STEAMese Festival including task: operated 5 online classes with 2,000 - 3,000 viewers each session; 2,500 people joined the discord community and almost 1000 participants received certificates.- Led 3 events offline workshops including: + Built the workflow, the risk management plan, timeline, host all dry run, and led a volunteer team of 9 people for 2 events Festival days in the scope of the Train the Trainers Project: approximately 100 participants/workshop+ Finalize material, meeting with teachers and partners for 02 Scratch workshops: led by 15 Train the Trainers graduates (average 45 students/ workshop)

- Build an L&D plan for members through cycles with suitable training and a review, and accession format to maintain members' productivity- Training and quality checking to help members gain the capability for the recruitment project- Supervised the recruitment process and interviewed, and accessed candidates to select new members - Screen CV, accessed and supported to take note in the interview round of the UVTN Competition

- Researched member's productivity problems, built an L&D plan to train to ASK, capability, and operated engagement activities to maintain members' work happy and productive- Planned and built a competency matrix to access the new organization's members- Built content training, recruitment format, and 4-round content testing to successfully checked and recruit new members
