• Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with current customers and prospective customers in the assigned territory/market segment to generate business for the company’s products and services • Makes telephone calls and in-person visits and presentations to existing and prospective customers.• Develops clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.• Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups• Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints

• Develop effective working relationships with customers through regular meetings and identify and obtain further sales and business development opportunities• Analyzes the territory/market’s potential and determines the value of existing and prospective customers value to the company.• Provide regular feedback to senior management about marketplace and competitor activity.• Managing the sales process for new prospects, from initial contact through to closure.• Participates in trade shows and conventions.• Working closely with the marketing team to produce any sales collateral required for the target market.
