Project Antigone is a Non-profit organisation (NPO) that works for the betterment of our society by empowering women and guiding the future generation of India on various topics of importance.My role in the event management department is to help with organising, managing and carrying out workshops efficiently for the underprivileged on topics such as public speaking, leadership, gender roles and stereotypes, and menstrual hygiene. Furthermore, our organisation carries out various donation drives, such as the collection of winter clothes for the needful and pad donation drives. As a part of the Mumbai team, I play my part in the team by helping in planning and executing the workshops, donation drives, and all the organisation’s initiatives in the Mumbai suburban area.

The Social Impact Fellowship Program, a venture in collaboration with Redefined, provides a nurturing environment for individuals at various stages of their journeys in the social impact space, whether they are just beginning or already immersed in projects. Individuals part of the cohort get to refine their visions, develop their skills, and build connections with peers and mentors who share similar goals. The program, spanning three months i.e. in June, July and August 2024, and conducted virtually, is designed to empower students dedicated to fostering positive changes within their communities and beyond.

As an Artist and Guest Management Executive, my role was to bring in famous artists, guests and judges, prevalent in their fields for SATTVA, the annual cultural fest of MPSTME college, to invite them as special guests, and convince them for providing video bytes to promote our event. Furthermore, we ensured that the artists who have graced the occasion with their presence, have all their needs and requirements met to the best of our abilities. I made my own fair share of contributions as an individual in the team by bringing in a judge for the classical dance competition, which was part of one of many different talent competitions that sattva organises every year. I also contributed on-day in all the pre-events like 12th fail promotional event and Cyclothon, and the main fest of Sattva which included talent-showcasing events in various domains like dance, music, standup, Mr. and Ms. Sattva and so on, and the pro-nights where we were graced by the presence of Karan Kanchan and Asees Kaur, renowned artists in their respective genres of music.
