As a project manager at Scleroseforeningen, I primarily work to create awareness and raise funds through the campaign Kiss Goodbye to MS/Kys Sclerose Farvel. It is mainly a SoMe campaign, but it is activated locally through passionate people, that want to make a difference. We are trying to change the mindset of Danish people to engage them in local fundraising activities, that they can do themselves. I also did product launches for Coloplast targeting medical personnel. At Danske Spil I worked on strategic management projects reporting to the CEO. In addition, my work consisted of ensuring the optimal Danske Spil visibility at the retailers. I worked in close cooperation with marketing departments, sales consultants and KAM. My main responsibilities were:• cross-organizational project management• development of design guidelines• development and organization of workshops on the new design guidelines• sparring with KAM in connection with the optimization of their order intake from retail chains• optimization of the visibility of Danske Spil in stores• to cooperate with the marketing departments of the various brands regarding launches of new products and campaigns for well-known productsResults:The implementation of the new facade signage and decoration at 1,700 Danske Spil retailers were completed within the time limit of two years and to the budgeted amount of several million kr.
