RWE Supply & Trading operates one of the world’s largest trading floors in Essen, Germany. Main responsibilities: - Care for complete employee life cycle of employees and managers in international environment- Consultation of managers and team leads on human rescouces related topics- End-to-end employment and HR management for particularly the IT department- Support of annual performance and bonus processes- Coopeation with workers council and further employee representative councils- Collaboration with employment law experts- Project management with a focus on digitalisation of processes and introduction of innovative HR tools etc.
