Accurately maintains Nexus S&C database for the Beverly Hills Hotel and Hotel Bel-Air, which includes all business generated from Sales, Marketing, Catering, and Conference Services departments in accordance with the hotel and Dorchester Collection standards. Ensures system data health, accurate reporting, overall system integrity and maintains employee training for all new recruits. In addition offer continuous advice, guidance, and training in order to optimize system usage and create efficiencies. Works closely with Sales & Marketing, Revenue Management, Catering, and Finance departments of both hotels.
