A partner in Rivkin Radler’s Construction and Litigation & Appeals Practice Groups, Pia has more than 37 years of experience litigating complex civil matters, including construction disputes, commercial litigation, bankruptcy litigation, intellectual property disputes, insurance coverage and defense, mechanics’ lien foreclosure actions, shareholder disputes, and dissolution proceedings.Pia counsel owners, contractors, and developers on various aspects of construction law, including contract negotiation, payment disputes, delay claims, and performance disputes. A frequent speaker, Pia has presented seminars on subjects including “Practitioner’s Guide to Delay Damages” and “Surety Bonds and Construction Contracts” before the Nassau County Bar Association Construction Law Committee.
