I am very passionate about improving the social cohesion in any organization. To analyze, learn from theoretical research and futurists, explore new ways of thinking and doing are some of my strongest interests and skills. I believe that creativity in all shapes is very important when trying to inspire leaders and employees to invent successful future markets and environments. I also have a big heart for improving life and learning for children and young people through rethinking and reorganizing schools. To create modern and even future learning spaces that give every individual the best possibility to learn, grow and see themselves as valuable is therefore a strong motivation in my professional life. As an innovator, project developer and pedagogical consultant it is possible for me to combine my professional passions and skills with what I do every day.
