My personal journey lead me to become a Breathwork facilitator and Life Coach/Mentor after having worked for 5+ years as a project manager for Marketing and IT-Projects and almost burning out.It is my passion to support and guide people on their journey towards finding deeper meaning in life, and creating a life that feel truly aligned for them. My intention is for you to go on a deep exploration of your inner world in a safely held space to allow healing to happen and clarity, truth and authentic expression to emerge.I combine different methods and techniques that all had a profound impact on my own life and healing journey - I am basically the living example and embodied outcome of my own work. The most important tools are: Breathwork and Nervous System regulation, Energy Work, Coaching and different embodiment practices.
