Waterminds is a teaching concept aimed at secondary school. It is important for young people to understand the global water challenges and to get students involved in how these challenges can be solved.

Based on my initiative and management, the Rethink Water platform was developed and in 2014 finally established as Denmark’s global branding platform for water, uniting and promoting the water expertise of over 60 consulting companies, technology providers, research institutes, water utilities and governmental bodies based in Denmark. The 12 mio. DKK-project was funded by the participating companies and the Branding Denmark Fund to market global strongholds.Final evaluations showed 90 percent of the participating organisations considered Rethink Water an important boost to the global branding of Danish cleantech solutions. Three out of four gave Rethink Water top score. The 9 white papers, 6 handheld films, website, branding film and a visionary presentation tool - House of Water - were appreciated and considered valuable hands-on tools. The first year over 46,000 printed white papers were distributed by embassies, government officials and the involved companies, digital editions of white papers were downloaded over 10,000 times, films viewed over 3,000 times, the website reached 1,000 visitors a month and 'House of Water' hit the pages of Financial Times.

Developed project proposal and business case on global branding of Danish water expertise. With support from DHI and Grontmij funding of 6 mio. DKK was achieved from mainly private companies and based on this, the Branding Denmark Fund decided to support the project with another 6 mio. DKK
