I thrive in leading projects and teams in dynamic and challenging environments, and I firmly believe in the power of marketing to drive positive changes and generate significant impacts in our surroundings.Throughout my career, I have worked in various industries such as FMCG, communications, and real estate, in roles such as Brand Manager, Deputy Manager, and Marketing Manager so I have gained insights into different markets and ways of developing businesses, always placing continuous improvement of customer experience at the forefront and striving for transformation towards sustainable and environmentally committed businesses.In this context, I have managed and led the execution of marketing plans aligned with business strategy and EBIT goals, focusing on to creating strong and relevant brands and branding strategies for customers and consumers. This includes tactical implementations through 360º campaigns, e-commerce projects, and digital marketing.I have had the honor of leading excellent teams. Empowering their roles and fostering personal and professional development has always been my greatest concern and an importante challenge.Through the collaboration with the Yunus Innovation and Entrepreneurship Corporation and Mentores x Chile, I have had the valuable opportunity to support over 100 entrepreneurs in building their businesses. This has been a fascinating journey through the innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem, providing powerful and continuous learning.Last year I founded Ripia, my current venture, where, alongside my partner, we support small and medium-sized enterprises with commercial and marketing strategies that serve as starting points for scaling their businesses.Today's world is increasingly challenging; we face enormous challenges and I am convinced of how much we can contribute from this perspective. I fervently believe that we can develop businesses not at the expense of our environment but in its favor.
