As a health and medical psychologist I am passionate about the promotion of health and well-being as well as a preventative focus on mental and physical disease. Being a yoga instructor as well as a meditation and mindfulness facilitator, I personally believe that these approaches hold the potential of promoting health, preventing, and to some extent even treating mental and physical illness while at the same time being easily accessible, low-cost and low-threshold. In my work, I combine psychology, mindfulness and creativity to support people in living a healthy and happy life.
