Hey there! 👋 I'm Pia, a tech major that loves all things UX, product, and research. That's because the work that I do there translates to how I really am in life. 🤭 In academia, I've always been the initiator, idea generator, decision maker, people manager, and leader. In relationships, I'm the go-to friend for honest and thoughtful opinions, insights on niche interests, or innovative help with projects that are fashion, beauty, art, or design related. Much due to my taste in the arts, the various factors I consider, my detail and process-oriented nature, and my willingness to always dive into a deep rabbit hole about anything under the sun. I'm grateful to do what I love, but one of my primary goals is to dive into UX research, intersecting with causes close to my heart. I value inclusivity and safe spaces and I aim to integrate it by accommodating diverse people, especially concerning neurodiversity and ableism. "The care of the future is mine," from Hunter College, clearly expresses my goal of intersecting technology with inclusivity to sustain a place for people from different walks of life. I plan to pursue HCI and the cognitive sciences to make this happen. This is the space where I get fulfilled in my work.
