Managed 10 internal SAP employees responsible for developing SAP IS Retail solution for JYSK.Responsible for the development and operation of the SAP IS Retail version 4.6C solution in JYSK: including SD, MM, WM, FI/CO, retail specific solutions: allocation, promotion management, store and pos analytics in BW/BI, DC management and integration to external back office system, POS system and WM system. Identifying resource needs and coordinating external consultants.Responsible for making budgets and time schedules for new developments in SAP and presenting these to the Management Team for approval.

Managing an IT shop solution team of 5 people and external vendors delivering store back office and POS hardware and tailor made software. Among the vendors where Siemens and IBM. The project had a budget of app. DKK 60M.

Successfully building up the department being able to develop, support and control all JYSK IT centrally. Keeping costs down without jeopardizing the quality of the services delivered.Completing IT projects within the time schedule and budget agreed.Making IT budgets, - yearly budget around DKK 65M - presenting these to the Management Team for approval.Responsible for upgrading from SAP IS Retail 4.0B to 4.6C. Responsible for implementing the SAP IS Retail 4.6C solution in Poland and Czech Republic.Coordinating the development of a business blue print for a new back office and POS store system, planned to be integrated in JYSK’s 400 stores. Analyzing the IT store systems - both hardware and software on the market and choosing the solutions to be presented to the steering committee. Negotiating and closing contracts with the chosen hardware and software vendors for the new store systems together with the CEO and CFO of JYSK.

Project Manager on the full life-cycle implementation of SAP IS-Retail 4.0B solution. This version was implemented instead of their old SAP 2.1B solution, which could not be upgraded. The solution entailed SD, MM, FI/CO, WM and retail components like allocation, store and pos analytics in the SAP Information System. Integration between the external store systems and SAP via IDocs, was also part of the project. Responsible for a project group of 10 internal and 10 external consultants from among others SAP Denmark and SAP Germany.Project Manager on the implementation of SAP IS-Retail 4.0B solution in all subsidiaries in JYSK in the following countries: Norway, Sweden and Finland – coordinating with the Country Managers, the SAP project group and external resources. The project group was again 10 internal people and 10 external consultants. .
